The location is great and the rooms are clean. The staff is very nice and friendly. As an improvement, the pillows and bedsheets should be changed to better ones. The pillows are very uncomfortable. The good thing is that we went to the staff to ask for more pillows and they were extremely helpful and they provided more pillows. Also, another thing to take into consideration is that during winter it is kind of cold inside as the heating is made only using the AC. If you can’t sleep with the ac on, you’ll freeze. I think it is a good option during summer or if you don’t like a warm room. Overall, even if I said that, i still enjoyed my time here and it was a pleasure to stay in the city center.

This property met our expectations as a property to stay in for a city break. We like to spend as much time seeing the city so want somewhere that’s comfortable and with a great location. Location here was perfect! Also, it was very clean. Great bathroom facilities with a hairdryer and good shower. Also, what was most welcoming was the aircon as it was so hot so it was lovely to walk into the cool room. Not much interaction with staff but it wasn’t needed as we had everything we needed. Tea making facilities in the lobby so can make a brew to take up to room. We’re easily pleased and the room although basic was suitable for our needs to see the City.

It’s located at the center of Madrid, in Gran via, and 5 minutes walk to Atocha and 10 mins to the Plaza Mayor. Would highly recommend. They offer a prepackaged breakfast which had ample of fresh food. Also complimentary coffee all day, the staff was very nice and helpful too.
