The bathroom is great, everything is very clean and the AC works well and quietly. The room was small but you've got enough space to move around. The staff is super nice and accommodating. The location is amazing, you've got everything you need around, great restaurants and shopping options.

Excellent location, very central and walkable to most places in the city centre. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as public transport. Comfortable room and bed, very happy for price paid.

Location was just the best - you could walk anywhere and its in the middle of 3 tube stops. Room was very spacious and breakfast boxes were amazing. Endless coffee in reception!

room was good, the hotel is old but everything is clean and the rooms are renovated. the location is GREAT AND AMAZING! close to everything: to primark, shopping centres, mcdonalds, everything. the staff is friendly.

It’s located at the center of Madrid, in Gran via, and 5 minutes walk to Atocha and 10 mins to the Plaza Mayor. Would highly recommend. They offer a prepackaged breakfast which had ample of fresh food. Also complimentary coffee all day, the staff was very nice and helpful too.

We had a good experience at the hotel, the location is great! The staff was so helpful and nice, always with a good and willing to help attitude, the room was comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and we would go back.

This hotel is absolutely worth to stay if you want to go to Madrid! The staff is very nice , they were so kind with us. Everyday a clean room and the hotel is situated in a street next to Gran Via so everything is close! No loud noises from outside , we slept very good during the night. We had no breakfast but there are a lot of bars where you can get a cheap Spanish breakfast. I would recommend this hotel!

The hotel is located next to Grand Via and it gives you a basic comfort for a short stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The free morning coffee is very welcome. There is no breakfast served but you find everything you need around the hotel.
