Negresco Gran Via

The location is great and the rooms are clean. The staff is very nice and friendly. As an improvement, the pillows and bedsheets should be changed to better ones. The pillows are very uncomfortable. The good thing is that we went to the staff to ask for more pillows and they were extremely helpful and they provided more pillows. Also, another thing to take into consideration is that during winter it is kind of cold inside as the heating is made only using the AC. If you can’t sleep with the ac on, you’ll freeze. I think it is a good option during summer or if you don’t like a warm room. Overall, even if I said that, i still enjoyed my time here and it was a pleasure to stay in the city center.

The bathroom is great, everything is very clean and the AC works well and quietly. The room was small but you've got enough space to move around. The staff is super nice and accommodating. The location is amazing, you've got everything you need around, great restaurants and shopping options.

room was good, the hotel is old but everything is clean and the rooms are renovated. the location is GREAT AND AMAZING! close to everything: to primark, shopping centres, mcdonalds, everything. the staff is friendly.

The ‘breakfast’ was only a coffee machine in the lobby (or if there was anything else it was not made clear to us) but there’s a great cafeteria next door with lots of breakfast options that was not expensive
